BEHIND THE LENS

I have had a passion for photography ever since I was a teenager.  I guess I'm what you call a "Photo Nut".  :)  Through the years, I considered it as just a hobby and I pursued what I THOUGHT was my goal in life to become a nurse.

As hard as I tried to become a nurse, there always seemed to be an obstacle in the way.  I know now that was God's way of guiding me to where He wanted and what I should be doing.

After some thought, consideration and much encouragement from my husband, I made the decision to follow my true passion and started my photography business, Focused Memories.  The opportunities, experiences and people God has placed in my life on this journey confirm that I'm going down the right path.

I am very happy with my decision and love my work.  I am very thankful for the supporting family I have and especially the guidance I am receiving.   I cherish creating memories with each and every one of my clients and love helping them tell their own unique story.
